Le présent appel d’offres vise à retenir les services d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire (ou Prestataire de services) pour réaliser une étude des impacts sur l’environnement (ÉIE) pour un projet de protection des berges contre l’érosion et la submersion côtières à Notre-Dame-du-Portage. Cette ÉIE doit être réalisée selon les critères et exigences décrites dans le document « Directive pour la réalisation d’une étude d’impacts sur l’environnement », ainsi que les éléments supplémentaires exigés à l’« Annexe I - Autres renseignements requis pour un projet ou un programme de stabilisation de rives et de berges » présentés à l’Annexe E de ce devis. Le Prestataire de services doit réaliser l’ÉIE en entier et devra être disponible pour accompagner la Municipalité et ses collaborateurs jusqu’à l’émission du décret du conseil des ministres. Il doit aussi être disponible pour accompagner la Municipalité et ses collaborateurs pour les consultations au BAPE, le cas échéant, pour une audience publique, une consultation ciblée ou une médiation.
