Les travaux de déploiement de la solution doivent être complétés au plus tard le 31 mars 2027. Les services seront offerts pour une durée de soixante (60) mois, débutant le 1er mars 2025 et se terminant au plus tard le 28 février 2030, avec possibilité de renouvellement pour soixante (60) mois.
