Le DONNEUR D'ORDRE (Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC)) a pour mission d’assurer la mobilité des personnes sur son territoire, en offrant du transport collectif et en favorisant l’intégration de différentes solutions de déplacement. Il a pour vision d’être un leader en mobilité en offrant des solutions modernes, efficaces, variées et intégrées. Ce faisant, le DONNEUR D'ORDRE contribue à un environnement sain et à un aménagement urbain de qualité, tout en soutenant le développement économique, social et culturel de la région. Pour ce faire, le DONNEUR D’ORDRE s’est doté de plusieurs équipements, outils et liens de télécommunication permettant de répondre à des besoins croissants en termes de redondance, de connectivité avec des partenaires externes, d’ajout de sites distants et d’environnements favorisant le télétravail pour l’ensemble de ses employés. Le DONNEUR D’ORDRE désire acquérir QUATRE (4) nouveaux pare-feux de périmètre s’intégrant à l’environnement existant afin de compléter le déploiement de la redondance des liens internet entre ses deux centres de données principaux dans la ville de Québec
