Description
Le présent appel d’offres vise donc à doter le MSSS d’un outil spécialisé en qualité de données hébergé par le fournisseur, ainsi que tous les services requis pour son implantation, dont notamment la configuration, la formation des utilisateurs, la maintenance et l’assistance technique permettant au MSSS de remplir sa mission. L’ensemble des fonctionnalités de l’interface de gestion de la solution doit être accessible à partir d’un navigateur Web sans nécessiter l’installation de composantes supplémentaires sur les postes de travail utilisés par les employés du MSSS. La solution doit permettre de traiter de grands volumes de données. Le contrat est d’une durée maximale de 5 ans, soit 3 ans fermes et deux (2) années d’options d’un (1) an.
