Les travaux décrits aux présents documents d’appel d’offres consistent en l’aménagement d’installations pour un kiosque touristique et d’espaces administratifs dans l’édifice situé au 144B, Principale Sud à Maniwaki. Les interventions projetées comprennent notamment: • Dégarnissage partiel des parements extérieurs et percement d’ouvertures pour nouvelles fenêtres; • Nouveaux parements extérieurs et marquise à ossature métallique au niveau de l’entrée du secteur touristique; • Nouvelles fenêtres en sections de mur-rideau à ossature de verre aluminium; • Nouveau cloisonnement intérieur et plafond en fonction du nouveau plan de réaménagement; • Aménagement des installations du nouveau kiosque d’information touristique: nouvelle rampe d’accès, finis intérieurs, mobilier intégré, rayonnage, présentoirs, éléments décoratifs etc… • Aménagement des nouveaux espaces administratifs au rez-de-chaussée et niveau mezzanine du bâtiment; • Travaux connexes en mécanique-électricité selon plans et devis de DWB Consultants.
