Description
L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour les travaux sur demande de réparation et d’installation de portes de garage. L'appel d'offres porte sur deux (2) lots au total. Les soumissionnaires peuvent soumissionner pour un (1) des deux lots ou bien pour les deux (2) lots ensembles. Chacun des lots est considéré comme un service distinct. Les travaux consistent à effectuer des réparations, des remplacements partiels ou de nouvelles installations de portes de garage, tel que décrit dans le présent document d’appel d’offres, en fonction des requêtes spécifiques de chaque demande de travail. Les portes de garage sont généralement situées dans des complexes résidentiels et elles sont de grade résidentiel/commercial. Elles sont, en majorité, fabriquées en bois ou en acier et actionnées par des opérateurs électriques. En plus des matériaux, le FOURNISSEUR  doit fournir la main-d’œuvre, la surveillance, les outils et tous les services nécessaires pour effectuer les travaux demandés.
