La Ville de Trois-Rivières demande des soumissions pour le mandat faisant l’objet du présent appel d’offres qui consiste à fournir les services d’ingénierie requis, incluant les études préparatoires, la conception des plans de phasage et de coordination signés et scellés par un ingénieur, la réalisation des programmations, leur implantation sur le terrain, ainsi que tous les essais, validations, ajustements et la surveillance nécessaires pour ajouter le TSP et la préemption pour véhicules d’urgence au phasage actuel des feux de circulation.
