CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on the westbound lanes of Highway No. 1 from 400 m west of Herbert Access Road to 3.3 km east of its junction with Highway No. 4 east of Swift Current for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 25.74 km.
