1. Amendment 001 to the RFQ has been published in order to amend the term of the contract and to extend the closing of the solicitation to Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The term for the provision of the goods will be from July 7, 2023 to July 6, 2024, inclusive. All changes in the RFQ have been highlighted.
Notice of Proposed Procurement
Shared Services Canada requires JIRA License Subscription, Maintenance and Support for the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (“TBS”) in Ottawa, Ontario as outlined in the attached Request for Quotations. The term for the provision of the goods will be from June 7, 2023 to June 6, 2024, inclusive.
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances, for the subject bid solicitation.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
