AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2022/06/03 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W3915-230001 / Doc3444092853 dated 8-April-2022 with a closing of 13-May-2022 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence requires a Contractor to provide, on an “as and when” requested basis, cultural role players to participate in the simulation of military operations in foreign countries. All work should take place in the Kingston Ontario area. However, there is always the possibility that some training could take place in another location depending on the requirements and demands of each exercise. The Contractor must provide these services in accordance with the Statement of Work in Annex A.
