This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Civil Engineering Services. The list of pre-qualified firms invited under this SA are as follows: Harbourside Engineering Consultants, EXP Services Inc., Hatch Ltd., and SNC-Lavalin Inc. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the Ariba RFP. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of The Department of Fisheries and Oceans – Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH), has a requirement for the design of a new wharf to replace existing structures 401 and 402 in Little River, Nova Scotia. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions 1713 Bedford Row Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3 This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
