    AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 31, 2024 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and His Majesty the King in Right of Canada. In accordance with section 9.35.35 Notification of Procurement, this is to provide notification of the subject solicitation. This solicitation is limited for bidding among firms registered on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting qualified Design-Build (D-B) bidders to deliver a Storage Garage located in Pond Inlet, Nunavut for Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). See Terms of Reference for more details. The proponent must be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Nunavut.
