The requirement is for the establishment of a standing offer for the supply of soft body armor vests with a required mandatory National Institute of Justice (NIJ) certification to The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on an as and when requested basis. The period of the standing offer is for 2 years with the option to extend for three (3) one-year periods to purchase additional quantities. The estimated quantity for the 5 years is around 10,000 vests.
