This Public Works and Government Services of Canada on behalf of ESDC Fredericton solicitation and resulting contract are issued against the Supply Arrangement (SA) series E60HN-21HDMS/C, general stream, all terms and conditions of the SA apply. Provide new HDMS in the following category: Mechanical Mobile This requirement is for the design, delivery and installation of three (3) high density filing system meetings all specifications, codes and standards outlined in Supply Arrangement (SA) series E60HN-21HDMS. This system is to be installed in the Warehouse area of ESDC FREDERICTON 900 Hanwell Road, Suite 9G and 11B, Fredericton, NB. The delivery is requested by December 17, 2024 for Phase 1 and January 21, 2025 for Phase 2, pending construction schedule. There is no security requirements with this requirement. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement are eligible to bid.
