Description

Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and material as requested by the DND to carry out repairs to underground water distribution lines and sewer lines at 17 Wing CFB and St Charles Rifle Range, Winnipeg, MB, in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for three additional 1-year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.
