Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to prospective Proponents to submit competitive Proposals for the provision of providing Development Consultant Services for the construction project located in Lower Mainland, BC in compliance with requirements of this RFP and BC Housing Development Consultant Services Contract (Appendix 8).

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.
Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location, Appendix 9 – Project Description and Requirement, and site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: June 6, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
