AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on March 21, 2023 by 2:00 PM . All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Real Property Branch requires a qualified general contractor to provide the Proposed Work in the Randle Reef Stage 3 project which involve the construction of an engineered multi-layer cap on top of the ECF. The Contractor must perform and complete the work by December 31st, 2024
