If you are a supplier who must submit your bid to the Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) National Capital Region Bid Receiving Unit located at Place du Portage III - 0B2-103 in Gatineau, Québec, please take note of our holiday hours.
Early closing hours
The Bid Receiving Unit will be closing at noon (Eastern Time) on the following days:
- Friday December 23, 2022
- Friday December 30, 2022
Closed during statutory holidays
The Bid Receiving Unit will be closed on the following days:
- Monday, December 26, 2022
- Tuesday, December 27, 2022
- Monday, January 2, 2023
Important note: Suppliers may still use the bid box located next to the office during these times. However, it is strongly recommended to use the Bid Receiving Unit fax and ePost Connect services as mentioned in the solicitation documents.
