Presentations from 2022 National Marine Outlook session now available
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) was at the Business Opportunities Conference hosted by the Association of British Columbia Marine Industries (ABCMI) on November 9, 2022. This conference featured panel discussions on investment, innovation, renewable energy and skilled labour shortages in British Columbia’s marine industrial sector.
PSPC, along with participating departments, presented a National Marine Procurement Outlook session on topics including:
- small and large vessel construction
- vessel repair
- refit and life extension
- in-service support and sustainment
- priorities in marine procurement
Partner departments included the Department of National Defence, Department of Fisheries and Ocean, Canadian Coast Guard, and Transport Canada.
