National Capital Region Bid Receiving Unit’s 2023 holiday hours

For businesses that must submit bids to Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) National Capital Region Bid Receiving Unit in Gatineau, Quebec, please take note of our holiday hours.

Early closing hours

The Bid Receiving Unit will be closing at noon (Eastern Time) on the following days:

  • Friday December 22, 2023
  • Friday December 29, 2023

Closed during statutory holidays

The Bid Receiving Unit will be closed on the following days:

  • Monday, December 25, 2023
  • Tuesday, December 26, 2023
  • Monday, January 1, 2024

Important: Businesses may still use the bid box located next to the office during these times. However, it is strongly recommended to use the Bid Receiving Unit fax and Canada Post Corporation's Connect service as mentioned in the solicitation documents.
