Supplier reminder: National Capital Region Bid Receiving Unit 2024 holiday hours
If you are a supplier who must submit your bid to Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Bid Receiving Unit in the National Capital Region, located at 50 Victoria Street, Place du Portage I – Mailroom C114, in Gatineau, Québec, please take note of our holiday hours.
Early closing hours
The Bid Receiving Unit office will be closing at noon (Eastern Time) on the following days:
- Tuesday December 24, 2024
- Tuesday December 31, 2024
Closed during statutory holidays
The Bid Receiving Unit office will be closed on the following days:
- Wednesday, December 25, 2024
- Thursday, December 26, 2024
- Wednesday, January 1, 2025
Important: Suppliers may still use the bid box located to the left side of the bid reception counter, room C-114, during these times. However, it is strongly recommended to use the Bid Receiving Unit fax and Canada Post Corporation's Connect service as mentioned in the solicitation documents.
