We will achieve this with investments in creating and improving education quality and universality of access Improving safe, rapid, and efficient transportation systems for humans, animals, and cargo; and Improving infrastructure amenities such as electricity, public sanitation, potable water distribution, internet, and communications. Investment in social-entrepreneurship projects with results proven to increase universal access to services and opportunities which improve a community's livelihoods, or eliminate those issues that hamper their ability to thrive. Mitigation or elimination of the negative environmental effects of mining, including pollution of ground-water resources, dredging operations in fragile coastal areas, negative impacts of mineral transport with heavy vehicles, and deforestation CARE is actively seeking to form, with the Canadian Government, a Comprehensive, Progressive, and Fair Agreement for Trans-Atlantic Sierra Leone Partnership (CPFATASLP).
