I can provide specialized services associated with legal foundations; operations and programs associated with federal submerged land . I was imbedded with the legal services unit of Dept of Public Works and Government Services [doing business as Pubic Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC)] in Halifax NS. working on offshore and other submerged land files . Prior to that I was employed by the Attorney General for the Province of New Brunswick. I can provide a unique combination of legal advice through to operational requirements primarily in the Canadian context including federal, provincial and indigenous roles and responsibilities; all based on decades of experience at both the legal and operational level . Working experience in this field has arisen from working on all coasts of Canada and inland waters of Atlantic Canada both at a federal and provincial level including advising on all required linkages and components of PSPC operations including indigenous consultation matters on major projects and providing advisory services in litigation matters . Experience also includes navigating all regulatory hurdles for significant offshore projects, coastal projects and non-tidal waters at both federal and provincial level
