Mi'kmaq Wooden Art details

Handmade wooden Mi'kmaq Stars and art.

Mi’kmaq Wooden Art is 100% owned and operated by a Mi’kmaw woman with a passion for expressing her culture through unique handcrafted wooden Mi’kmaq Stars and décor. Her passion is fueled by her desire to help you show your Mi’kmaq Pride in your home or work place. Through the unique design and interpretation of the symbolic Mi’kmaq Star of unity, she aims to help others express their Mi’kmaq Pride across Canada and in homes everywhere. Mi’kmaq Wooden Art specializes in building quality handcrafted wooden décor for your home or office place. Through our unique and original design and interpretation of the symbolic Mi’kmaq Star, we aim to increase Mi’kmaq Pride across Canada and in homes everywhere. Serving primarily Mi’kmaq First Nations in the Atlantic Canada provinces (New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia as well as Newfoundland and Labrador and the eastern portion of Quebec), there is also a growing demand for Mi’kmaq Stars across Canada and the United States as more and more people want to display their Mi’kmaq Pride. In addition, as part of the awareness for reconciliation amongst non-Indigenous people, there is an interest to demonstrate their solidarity with Indigenous peoples and to be part of this movement and welcome Indigenous art pieces in their homes.
