FISTOLAS LIMITED is made up of Human Performance Technologists, experienced subject matter experts, and qualified educationists. Our resource persons are also certified on Level 3 International Vocational Qualification in Teaching, Training, and Assessing Competence. They are members of various professional associations including the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Association of Supervisory and Curriculum development. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified with the scope of establishing competencies and providing competency-based training programs. We have upwards of 30 years of experience in "Competence Assurance & Training" which includes developing employees' competencies, competencies framework, and competencies advancement guide for the progression of employee career, based on accomplished competencies. Our Mission is to provide quality performance intervention services to human performers in organizations for the attainment of desired goals and objectives, in the face of changing technology. This includes: 1. Schools Improvement Planning Process – Establish a fit-for-purpose improvement process with a focus on the interdependent factors that impact school improvement and transformation. 2. Teachers Development Programs:Provide Educational Leadership training programs to teachers. 3. Technical and Non-technical Employee Development, Conduct Instructor led and online computer-based training for employees.
