Extensive expertise related to the High Frequency Rail Project acquired as Senior Advisor, Strategy to the former CEO of VIA Rail. Worked extensively as part of the executive team responsible for the ideation, conceptualisation, due diligence of the project, interaction with all the stakeholders including with the host railways, preparing the business case, and interacting with Canada's central agencies. Also responsible for the ridership and cost benefit studies.
