Vitamin C Healing, LLC is a service-based organization founded in 2016 by Sharise Nance. Vitamin C was created to focus on the healing of the whole person with the hopes that the services provided by Vitamin C will provide a similar experience as the nutrient. Due to Mrs. Nance’s personal experiences with compassion fatigue and burnout in the mental health profession; Vitamin C evolved to an organization that helps organizations prevent Leadership Burnout and Compassion Fatigue using a trauma sensitive and systems approach to create a supportive work culture that prioritizes employee wellness. Assessments: Quality of Leadership assessments to help company leaders assess how the current organizational dynamics and processes may be impacting leadership satisfaction, fulfillment, and burnout. Consultations: Small group case consultations for community mental health and social service organizations. Corporate consultations to improve the organizational dynamics and processes impacting service delivery, staff retention and burnout. Community mental health and social service consultations to enhance the interviewing and hiring process. Workshops: Customized corporate workshops on Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, Secondary Trauma, Vicarious Trauma, and Complex Trauma to improve service delivery, company morale, and increase staff retention.
