Salanga is a high-impact, collaborative company operating on social enterprise principles. We inspire and enable people and organizations from grassroots actors to donors worldwide through capacity building, tools and technology to improve their MEL practices, so they can better catalyze positive and sustainable change in our world. We bring a unique blend of experience in working as the MEL partner in multi-country programmes in challenging contexts and designing people-centered, technology-supported and inclusive MEL solutions for low-resource settings. We are eager to use our extensive experience in designing and implementing MEL frameworks that are engaging, flexible and adaptable. In addition, we have been working on an innovative community-led MEL methodology (CoLMEAL) that transforms traditional power structures in MEL. We believe this adds richness to our partnerships as we can provide support not only related to traditional and participatory MEL and technological solutions, but also MEL that can be designed and led by your grantees and other stakeholders, while still providing the evidence for accountability.
