We are a Management Consulting Organization with Associates drawn from the senior ranks (former ADMs and DGs) as well as subject matter experts in finance, strategic and operational planning, HR and other specialties. We also provide Executive Coaching to a number of clients seeking to improve their management skills or to deal with pressing and delicate problems that require careful handling and an intimate knowledge of government systems and issues.
