As a prominent partner of the ROI Institute, evaluation is in high priority for us. Besides the standard methods of evaluation as setting KPIs and providing regular progress reports, GVEX provides a unique tool called MORE-X to evaluate various aspects of the current and future states (after improvements). MORE-X is a user-friendly tool accessible in a web-based and mobile platform that we establish for our clients in the elementary stages of the project, analyzing progress for up to 6 months upon completion.
