Coeuraj provides facilitation support for large workshops.

Coeuraj is a transformation and co-design practice. We are a group of experienced consultants with a shared goal: To help people address and manage the challenges of change by finding the solutions they hold within themselves. We are typically hired to help people and organizations who are at odds with systems that are intended to serve them. Coueraj’s transformation practice can be summed up in the following strengths: Knowledge and guidance: We support our clients and guide our practice with advice from team members with lived experience, and who hold deep knowledge of the areas we work in. Multi-stakeholder collaboration: We facilitate collaboration between people, organizations, and sectors who need to work together to reach a shared goal. Strategy design: We create frameworks and experiences where stakeholders can collaboratively define, prepare, and test solutions using the knowledge they hold within themselves. Where we seek to build a shared vision among diverse groups, our processes build on common values. But starting from what is fundamentally shared, we collaboratively design resilient outcomes in ways that reinforce trust and relationships. Coeuraj has extensive work in the areas of Indigenous consultation and co-creation, respectively. We work closely with clients to deliver programs built on participative co-creation and collaborative methodologies. We have a dedicated AI team.
