Since it’s inception in 1960, J.D. Barnes has been providing boundary surveying services as prescribed by the Surveys Act. Boundary surveys are always performed under the direct supervision of an Ontario Land Surveyor who also reports on and certifies the survey plans. The plans that Barnes have prepared include plans of survey, reference plans, plans of subdivision, strata plans, crown lands plans, condominium plans, surveyor’s real property reports, as-built surveys, sketches for severance, Boundaries Act plans, street line surveys, expropriation plans, and various plans depicting the boundary surveys undertaken.
