Paladin AI is a training analytics services company to standardize instruction, accelerate training and deliver data-driven results based on training data. We do this with our platform InstructIQ™. Training simulators publish the data to a local IOT (data collector) that 'packages' the data and streams it to our cloud-hosted AI algorithms including our competency inference engine. The results, including skills, proficiency and competency assessments, are available in real-time (during training and for intelligent debriefing) to the instructor. The future for pilot training is personalized, intelligent adaptive training that can deliver up to 50% reduction in training time.
