RAM offers manufacturing services for the production of aerospace structures in composite materials with advanced technologies for Liquid Molding, OOA and Thermoplastics. Our in-house automated manufacturing processes are state of the art in IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies. We provide innovative solutions for rapid prototyping of structural composites and we possess state-of the art simulation capabilities for the design, for mechanical viscoelastic analyses and for process analyses of manufacturing technologies. Using our specially designed tools, we are able to characterize and model the fibrous impregnation, the porosity formation, the resin gelation and cure kinetics, residual stresses and geometrical instabilities and much more. Ultimate optimization tools developed by our engineers are used to improve plant productivity and reduce part costs.
