Sustainability strategy/Human/Labor rights in FR, EN, SPA

For the last 25+ years, Corinne Adam has been working in the field of communication, humanitarian assistance, sustainability and labor rights monitoring, always with a people-centric approach. As such, she’s had the opportunity to support corporate entities, the not-for-profit sector and international development and humanitarian organizations. She incorporated her consultancy (CACSI) in 2012 and has since been working with multinational companies to develop strategies and internal management systems encompassing Codes of Conduct, International Labor Organization Conventions, best practices, societal and environmental challenges. She has provided expert assistance to multistakeholder initiatives (the Fair Labor Association, the Ethical Trading Initiative, the Consumer Goods Forum former Global Social Compliance Program) to conduct investigations of allegations of human and labor rights in various countries mostly in Latin America and provide recommendations for remediations. Prior to that, Corinne was VP of CSR/sustainability at a Canadian multinational with supply chain in Latin America and Asia, implementing systems to ensure respect for environmental and labor conditions in the various operations. Before her relocation in Canada in 2006, Corinne lived in about 15 countries and worked with international humanitarian/development organizations as a program and communication officer. She also worked with NGOs to monitoring working conditions in global supply chains.
