My background in finance, marketing, operations management, international business and executive management with high growth companies provides me with the unique experience of helping companies to understand how to grow their companies through multiple aspects of business. This includes developing a strategic road map and financial forecast. Once these are developed we create a monthly review process where we keep the company focused on achieving their goals reviewing the previous month and creating action plans to meet or exceed expectations. Many of my clients are on a long-term engagement where we create the business plan and I work with them to achieve it over a multiple year process.
