I draw on my 20 years in Human Resources and the ups and downs of my own personal career journey to now help others as a certified executive coach (CEC) to navigate their careers in a corporate environment. I work with individuals sponsored by their organizations to help align corporate objectives with individual goals so that the individual can achieve personal success while contributing to the organization's mission and business imperatives.
