Consultant with 30 plus years in geomatics from the very early days to present. First to model and manage large scale infrastructure geo (On ORACLE DB) . Data Modeller, DBA, Data Loading conversion, SQL extensions for geo in ORACLE and Postgres, Software Architect, Programmer ( Back end PL/SQL pgPLSQL, Middle Tier Java servlets on tomcat, front end some HTML java script geo apps ). Also Perl Python, C, C++. Unix, Linux ( Redhat, centOS, Alma Linux, MS Windows 7, 8, 10, server 2008, 2012. Worked for Autodesk, Nav Canada ( airspace radar maps flight control ), CSIS with Top secret clearance. Goodle maps, Open maps, openmap tiles, British Telecom experience decveloped first digital PABX. Self employed for last 25 years. Applied to this posoition via TRM as geo specialist but they could not fullfil the bid since they lacked a 4th Telcom system specialist and released me to join other bids.
