Changemark offers contract services in the areas of substance use, mental health, Indigenous health and wellness, gender, policy, and other public health areas. Team members work in the public health system and have extensive experience working alongside people with lived experience, community organizations, health authorities, and government agencies to move forward public health initiatives, support equitable access to care, and help inform service provision. The company includes team members that are located in 7 settler states (now known as provinces) across Turtle Island (now known as Canada). Consultant expertise and roles include addiction medicine physicians, nurses, researchers, grant writers, medical writers, project managers, program evaluators, people with lived and living experience, knowledge translation specialists, anti-Indigenous racism and cultural safety experts, Indigenous wellness, biostatisticians, and data managers.
