The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) requires webcast production services to support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. Services include webcast planning, technical consulting and setup, live webcast production, editing, post-production, registration and login capabilities, audience engagement tools, bilingual (English and French) delivery, accessibility support, closed captioning, and webcast analytics. The Contractor will provide end-to-end webcast services, including multi-camera production, audio balancing, real-time encoding, platform management, live technical support, and delivery of final recordings and related files. Accessibility requirements include compliance with EN 301 549, accessibility testing, and the ability to provide or integrate ASL, LSQ, and CART services when requested. The contract includes one initial period and four option periods.
