    This contract was awarded to:
    Titanium Construction Ltd

    This project involves repair works to existing timber piles and associated structural components at Wharf Structures 401 and 402, located at Cap de St. Louis, Kent County, New Brunswick. The objective of the work is to restore the serviceability and structural integrity of the existing wharf.
    The work includes, but is not limited to:
    a. Repair of existing timber piles, including the installation of steel clamp assemblies to restrain splitting of timber piles, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
    b. Repair of a pile cap, including installation of filler blocks and associated works required to reinstate proper structural bearing.
    c. Installation of treated timber cross bracing and associated timber elements, including limited removal and replacement of timber sheathing strictly to the extent necessary to access the substructure.
    d. Implementation of environmental protection, health and safety, and marine work control measures, including measures to protect fish and fish habitat, manage treated timber materials, and minimize disruption to harbour operations during construction activities.
    The work will be performed at an active marine facility and must be coordinated with the Harbour Authority and harbour users to minimize operational impacts. All work shall be carried out in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and the terms and conditions of the Contract.
    The Contractor shall be responsible for all labour, equipment, materials, transportation, site coordination, environmental compliance, inspections, permitting, and completion of the work as required under the Contract.
