TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Correctional Service Canada

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category(ies):

Stream 1 – Human resources services:

 1.2 Organizational Design/Classification consultant - Level - Senior
 1.8 staffing consultant - Level - Intermediate

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for Human resources services on an ‘’as and when requested’’ basis, to assist CSC with human resources support services for a wide range of occupational groups.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to one year later plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be as follow:

 1.8 Staffing Consultant - 120 days
