    SCOPE OF WORK
    The Canadian Coast Guard wishes to install a galvanized steel chain link fence with three (3) rows of barbed wire at the perimeter of the satellite dish located on its telecommunications site in Sainte-Flavie. The perimeter of the new fence must include a pedestrian access with gate in two sections (1/3, 2/3) and a second vehicle access.

    The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, transportation, handling, materials, equipment and tooling required to perform the following work in accordance with the requirements of these general and technical instructions, the specifics of the site and the project drawings. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

    - Protection of existing structures for the duration of the work;
    - Excavation for fence foundations;
    - Placement of concrete in sonotube forms for fence foundations;
    - Fence installation and grounding.

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2024.
