    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the items detailed below:

    UNSPSC: 46100000 – Light weapons and ammunition

    Description: Smoke Pot 3 Minute White

    A requirement exists to resupply the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) with the Smoke Pot 3 Minute White. The Smoke Pot 3 Minute White is designed for use in firefighter training, as a wind drift indicator and testing of ventilation systems. It is also used in signaling aircraft, ships and personnel on the ground.

    Firm Quantity: 5,000 units – Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn, Saskatchewan on or before 01 September 2026

    5,000 units – Delivery to CFAD Angus, Milton, Ontario on or before 01 September 2026

    Optional Quantity: 5,000 cartridges – Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn, Saskatchewan between 01 June 2028 and 01 September 2028

    5,000 cartridges – Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn, Saskatchewan between 01 June 2030 and 01 September 2030

    5,000 units – Delivery to CFAD Angus, Milton, Ontario between 01 June 2028 and 01 September 2028
