This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).

The objective of this contract is to obtain professional services to support changes and enhancements to IRCC’s
Global Case Management System (GCMS) Online Services and in preparation of a transition to modernize tools.
More specifically, the Contractor must support the overall modernization and transformation of the existing IRCC
GCMS online solutions which aim at reducing application processing times and improving the department’s service
delivery and client services.

Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
