    Description:
    The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires a high-quality near-infrared / shortwave-infrared (NIR-SWIR) hyperspectral camera system that supports high sensitivity, fast frame rate and a broad spectral range for various plant phenotyping applications.

    All the deliverables must be received on or before 30 September 2025.

    There are security requirements associated with this solicitation.

    Basis of selection: Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal.
