Offerors may place an offer for one or more institutions, depending on their ability to serve the region where the institutions are located.
Offerors bidding for more than one institution must provide a sufficient number of resources to be able to meet all the requirements for all the institutions for which they are bidding.
Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This standing offer does not include security requirements.
Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada is looking for a Contractor to provide, as and when needed, services of electrician journeyman and apprentice for all the correctional institutions within the Quebec region.
Objectives: Provide services of electrician journeyman and apprentice for all the correctional institution within the Quebec region.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide, as and when needed, services of electrician journeyman and apprentice for the correctional institutions of the Quebec region. This include but is not limited to: the supply of qualified journeymen and apprentices, as well as the tools required to perform the electrical work. For a complete description of the services subject to this Standing Offer, please consult the Technical Requirements of the Technical Specifications.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Duration of Standing Offer:
Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of the award of the standing offer until October 31st, 2025 inclusively, with the option to renew for one (1) additional one-year periods.
