    To inform the development of appropriate data sharing agreements, practices, and mechanisms for Ecosystems and Oceans Science sector (EOS) activities related to collaborative research and monitoring with First Nation, Inuit, and Métis communities.

    Objective:
    To increase understanding and awareness and initiate discussions among staff around Indigenous data governance DFO requires the contractor to do the following:

    Scope of Work
    Provide registration and access for 263 participants to complete the Fundamentals of OCAP®, an online training course that delivers proprietary material.

    Criteria for assessment of the Statement of Capabilities (Minimum Essential Requirements)

    Any interested contractor must demonstrate by way of a statement of capabilities that it meets the following requirements:
    A- Experience with delivering the Fundamentals of OCAP® course which introduces the OCAP® principles
    B- Ownership and access to the Fundamentals of OCAP® course in both English and French
