    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

    Title: Addition/Renovation Project - Pinehouse, SK
    Solicitation Number: M5000-23-2145/A

    Description:

    Full construction services to construct an 80 sq m addition, partially renovate an existing building, and some site development in Pinehouse, Saskatchewan.

    Construction services to include, but not limited to:

    - Construct non-combustible addition for new garage and cold storage on new foundations. Development of crawlspace under renovated space, and new structural slab for addition.
    - Demolition and renovation of existing rooms to accommodate new secure storage areas, contained use areas and support spaces, including millwork, furnishings/lockers, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures, steel doors and hardware, etc.
    - Cosmetic upgrades to existing contained use areas.
    - Construction of associated structural, mechanical, and electrical systems to suit addition and renovations, including new ERV unit, hot water heater, and lighting.
    - New roofing over entire building.

    Site development to include, but not limited to:

    - Construction of new 112 sq m fenced gravel compound.
    - Relocation of two (2) existing garage structures on existing site to suit new addition.
    - New sidewalks, gravel paving, and grading to suit.

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 20 December 2024.

    This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.

    No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
