    Description of the Requirement:

    The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada requires a need to conduct a summative evaluation of the Improving Bean Productivity and Markets in Africa (IBPMA) project under the ProServices Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply which specifically covers requirements for below the CKFTA threshold.

    The objective of the evaluation is to inform IBPMA’s key stakeholders of both the intended and unintended outcomes of the project, and to identify key factors contributing to or hindering the achievement and sustainability of expected project outcomes for the purpose of informing future similar programming with the Pan-Africa Bean Research Alliance (PABRA), an initiative of the Alliance of Biodiversity International and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT).
